Terms of Service

1. The service
Mirae is an AI-assisted job-search tool. You can upload resumes, receive AI-generated analyses (ATS formatting review, resume strength scoring, keyword matching), generate cover letters, and receive personalized job-board and training recommendations. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate — review everything before relying on it. Mirae does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including attempts to circumvent usage limits.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the resumes and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service — including sending it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the analyses you request. You confirm you have the right to upload any content you submit.
4. Usage limits
AI features are subject to fair-use limits (currently a daily cap per account). We may change limits to keep the service available and affordable.
5. Billing & subscriptions
Mirae offers paid plans: a one-time 30-day pass ($15) that grants premium access for 30 days and does not auto-renew, and a monthly subscription ($9/month) that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods; if something went wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right. A failed payment may suspend premium access.
6. Third-party links
Job-board and training links lead to third-party sites we don't control. Some training links are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you purchase a course, at no extra cost to you. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
